PROFILE

TECTONICS is a London based architect's practice, founded in 2001 by director Bernard Tulkens.

The studio draws on experience gained since 1988 on a variety of high quality developments in England and abroad for practices such as David Chipperfield Architects and Kohn Pedersen Fox.

The practice offers a high level of experience and skills. Services offered cover all stages of a project: formulation of concept, spatial planning and organisation, visualisation, right through to detail design, construction and completion.

The practice is involved in cultural and community buildings as well as residential projects. Recent projects include a garden for a Community Centre in Shoreditch, proposals for a Museum in Belgium, and proposals for a garden for a hospital in Central London. We also have a wide ranging experience in residential projects, from urban infill to bespoke alterations to traditional London housing stock.
